The Vice President of Finance is responsible for Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.’s financial management. She is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, investment, and, financial risk management.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for all external affairs and communications. She is also responsible for the internal daily operations of the National Executive Board and Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.

The Vice President of Membership is responsible for organizing and executing all New Member Education Processes. She also oversees all New Member Education training.

The Director of Internal Communications collects, preserves, and promulgates information, events, incoming members, officers, dates, contributions, procedures, and materials that pertain to events and persons important to the history of Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.

The Director of Diversity and Inclusion directs and supports the formulation and implementation of diversity and inclusion policies and procedures within Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.

The Director of Judicial Affairs investigates all claims of misconduct, including violations of the National Constitution and National Bylaws.

The Director of Leadership Development instructs leadership courses for Sisters regarding values-based leadership, academic achievement, organizational management, diversity, and personal responsibility

The Director of Philanthropic Involvement organizes and enforces attendance and participation in national philanthropic events among Sisters.

The Director of Risk Management directs and supports the formulation and implementation of risk management policies and procedures within Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.
The Regional Directors will serve as a liaison between Colony and Chapter Executive Boards and the National Executive Board. They will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the Colonies or Chapters are abiding by the National Constitution and National Bylaws.

The Southwest Regional Director oversees Colonies and Chapters in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
The Regional Expansion Directors will serve as Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc.’s directors of expansion across the country. The four Regional Expansion Directors will each be responsible for expansion to collegiate campuses in the respective states assigned to their regions.
